Strawberry Chapel Renovation
Palmetto Craftsmen played a pivotal role in the renovation of Strawberry Chapel, a historic church in Moncks Corner, SC.
Our work included significant updates to the church’s structural and aesthetic elements while preserving its historical integrity.
Key contributions included supplying a new steel entry door for the sacristy, performing extensive repairs and adjustments on numerous doors, frames, seals, and windows, and completing detailed masonry restoration to enhance the chapel’s durability and beauty.
Additionally, the team applied new plaster to the interior, ensuring the space was both functional and true to its original design. These efforts have helped maintain the legacy of Strawberry Chapel as a cherished landmark in the Lowcountry.
