Fifth Floor Carriage House Renovation

Palmetto Craftsmen, Inc. completed a remarkable transformation of a historic fifth-floor carriage house in downtown Charleston—the only one of its kind in the city.

The project involved expanding the existing condo by integrating adjacent units, resulting in a spacious and cohesive penthouse. The renovation showcases luxurious black and white checkered tile in the foyer, custom carpentry, and millwork complemented by grasscloth wallpaper, and vibrant blue wall panels in the snug that conceal the entrance to a colorful primary bathroom.
