IHT Performance Commercial Tenant Upfit
Palmetto Craftsmen completed a full commercial interior upfit for IHT Performance, an athletic training and development facility located adjacent to our headquarters in North Charleston, SC.
The goal of this project was to create a space that directly supports IHT Performance’s mission of integrating sports science and neurology to help athletes perform at their highest level. That meant designing and building an interior that prioritizes movement, durability, and functionality—without sacrificing a clean, professional aesthetic.
This tenant suite upfit included a purpose-driven layout to support training flow, durable materials selected for high-impact daily use, and construction details tailored to a performance-focused environment. Every element of the space was built with how it would be used in mind, allowing the facility to function efficiently while reflecting the brand and professionalism of the business operating within it.
While this project was designed for an athletic training facility, the same principles apply to any commercial interior remodel: thoughtful planning, quality craftsmanship, and a deep understanding of how a business operates within its space.
This project is located at 4223 Fellowship Road, North Charleston, and is directly connected to Palmetto Craftsmen’s office building.
